[[[[[[[Moving Solutions and Mr Mac Kather are telling lies. I originally paid Moving Solutions on 9/27/2023. After that on 9/29/2023, two days later, We called and talked to Mr Mac Kather, At that time I requested a refund from Moving Solutions. Mr Kather stated, at that time the refund would be here to me in 7 to 10 business days.]]]]]] We, my wife and I waited for over two weeks for the refund and it never showed up. I called their office and was told again it was on the way. Later when it didn't show up, I called again. This time I was told by Laurie we needed to send a letter by email to get our money back. So on I sent an email on 10/16/2023 requesting a refund and now I am being told through your office that I am not eligible for a refund.

The reason I was requesting a refund on 9/29/2023 is because I thought their company was a brokerage and not an actual moving company. I found out later they were a moving company and not a brokerage. Mr Kather, when we originally spoke to him assured my wife and I that we could get a refund up until a week before our move. We had established with Mr Kather and Moving Solutions we were not moving until 5/31/2024. Now, Moving Solutions has changed their story and is telling us in order to get a refund " he needed to do that within 72 hours of booking to avoid financial penalty". We have been lied to on several occasions by Mr Kather and Moving Solutions while they continue to hold on to our $1943.33.

Three times we were told by Moving Solutions that we were getting a refund only to find they never intended to refund us. Its a shame how this company is doing business. They are in the wrong and they know they are. Oh by the way there is nothing in their contract that states "he needed to do that within 72 hours of booking to avoid financial penalty". What a horrible way to do business.

Sometimes it's hard and stressful to find a good moving company. Moving Solutions performed a fantastic job and relieved a lot of stress; they recommended a perfectly sized crew for the assignment and kept lines of communication open the whole time. Since this was my first experience hiring movers on an hourly basis, I was first skeptical of their productivity. They could go at a slower pace or take longer stops in order to increase the costs. That wasn't the case; the movers were helpful, skilled, and quick.

Moving Solutions delivered exceptional speed, efficiency, and professionalism during our three-bedroom move from a third-floor walk-up apartment with narrow, winding hallways. I've always had a do-it-yourself attitude toward moving and hesitated to hire someone to help. However, the team arrived on time, and the process felt like a breeze. They worked swiftly without compromising the care of our belongings and meticulous attention to detail. Despite our underestimation of the number of boxes, they finished an hour ahead of their estimated time. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and will call them if I move again. I strongly recommend their services.

Moving Solutions expertly moved my household items. They wrapped extra material around the corners and the larger items to prevent the drawers from opening. Additionally, they provided blankets to cover furniture and boxes as needed. They also removed my old bed, which was kept in Moving Solutions storage facility for over two months. Although carrying all the items up five flights of stairs must have been particularly difficult, the job was completed in three hours.
