Bait and switch

Listed all the items in writing and got a quote of $1700. Day of move price tripled for same items. Filed complaint with BBB. Don’t trust these scammers. They added unnecessary stress to my move and cost me way more than I should of had to pay as I had to move myself. Avoid these people at all cost.

Wonderful experience

US Moving Group helped my parents and me relocate. Their customer service was head and shoulders above the competition, and they treated us like we were their only customers. After Franklin notified us, Johnny planned the project, and the rest of the team did outstanding work; the finished product was delivered to our IL offices. It was a wonderful experience overall. Scam company

Notice that their reviews only start in June 2023 and they have no history. BBB shows they incorporated in 10/2022 but didn’t apply till 5/31/23. They take your money via ACH and high pressure tactics. There own website says they have only moved less than 250 people. Trying to stop payment and cancel but nobody answers the phone and emails bounce. Put deposit on $5k move but I don’t think they are legit.

They are helpful and cheap

Even though moving is known to be a difficult experience, you guys made it almost too simple for us. The packers showed up on schedule, carefully packaged our fragile items, and utilized high-quality materials. Our walls and floors were not damaged since the movers were so careful and experienced. They kept themselves cool and figured out a way through some unexpected roadblocks, including a narrow staircase. The service we received was excellent, and the whole operation ran smoothly. Thank you for making our move easier on us!

Excellent Movers!!

Everyone that worked for US Moving Group was top-notch. From the first planning meetings until the day of the relocation, they constantly communicated with one another and double-checked all of the details. They hired a packing team for us, and they got here early and packed up whatever they could, so the actual moving day only took around 60 minutes. They were prompt, kind, and really helpful overall. They also did a great job of keeping up the house.

Great job

Every time I called US Moving Group to get a price quote for moving our stuff, I got a quick response and kind service. After I inquired about their services, a representative was brought to our house to provide a quote, and a date for the relocation was set. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly, on time, and expert. The efficiency with which everything was run meant that I never had to wait for anything. I have nothing but praise for the whole team, therefore I won't think twice about recommending them.

Impressed

I was really impressed with US Moving Group. The movers were incredibly efficient and respectful of my belongings. I honestly hope that I don't have to move again anytime soon but I will definitely turn to them whenever that next move will be. I also found them more reasonable than a lot of the other companies I looked into. Really glad I hired them for my move.

Outstanding!!!!

Anthony and his crew packed up my place (2BR apt) and moved it all into storage in about 7 hrs. Showed up right at the start of the window. Didn't even stop for lunch, worked straight through. The price was totally reasonable; the movers were professional, caring, and skilled. I am really happy to have chosen them among so many moving companies. 5 stars.
