Adam and his guys packed all our furniture and carefully loaded it onto the truck. Most importantly, they stayed calm, kind, and collected when we dealt with the apartment's building manager, who showed up screaming at everyone. We showed up at our new apartment, and before we knew it, he had all the furniture assembled and in place. They even made some excellent suggestions on arranging the table in the rooms. If you wish to move without stress, this is the company to go with!

I wish I could give ratings in negative. We hired them for moving from North Carolina to Wisconsin. It was a nightmare working with them, starting with sales talk and getting quote until the end. The sales person was rude herself, I cant imagine a rude salesperson. Because that's why they are hired for sweet talk. Anyways, coming to the real issues we had with them. We finalized the service and paid upfront service advance on August 2, She said we will receive a call 48 hours before our packing date which we decided as August 27. However, we didn't receive any call even until the day before of packing. He called them 10 times on August 26 and they finally picked up the call at 5:30 pm and talked to said they would come next day. We already had lost hope that if they would come or not so we were not even ready.

Then, on the day of packing, they packed everything so poorly, going for marijuana break every other hour. Whenever they were coming back from marijuana break our whole house was smelling like marijuana. The heights were at the moment when they said, "We are out of boxes". 1/3rd of our stuff couldn't be packed and we had to throw it away. There was a box of my gym weights no more than 40 lbs, and the guy refuses to pack it saying that its too heavy. But anyway, things were packed somehow and left our house. We thought, that's it we should be receiving our stuff in 1-2 weeks, at max 3 weeks (that's what their contract says).

But Story doesn't end there, Its been almost a month, we started calling them since last week and every day they say, its on the way. I have no idea which way. We had a 4 month old baby when we came to Green Bay, have been living in a miserable condition with our baby girl. She is already 5 months old and our stuff hasn't arrived yet. I just don't want to remember this miserable time anymore. But today seeing our condition and problems that we are facing without our baby stuff specially, we feel like how someone can be so irresponsible of their duties and legal contract signed.

We are really frustrated but what can we do? just wait!

I highly highly highly NOT RECOMMEND this moving company!!!!!

Please run away from this company! It is a real fraud. They simply didn't show up on the day of my move after constantly lying that their truck was on the way to our house. Our buyers were moving in next day, and it created a nightmare scenario for us. I called them multiple times, but none of my calls was returned. They basically left us in limbo of uncertainty where we had to take some drastic measures to vacate the house. We had to choose alternative solutions to complete our move at the additional cost. They did not respond to any of my emails/phone calls and refused to return the initial deposit of $1,300. I had to contact my credit card to complete a refund. The stress that they put us through is simply unacceptable. The worst experience EVER!!!

ZERO stars! DO NOT USE - we never got our items! BEWARE they are a moving broker (not an actual moving company) and take NO responsibility if the actual moving subcontractor they use does not deliver your items (ever). We had an interstate move in July, the truck driver got into an accident on the road, and all of our life's belongings were placed in a tow yard for MONTHS! They did not give us any updates, tell us where the tow yard was even located, or help us get our items delivered! Their customer service manager is rude, insensitive, and lacks any compassion. We ended up having to pay again for different movers and trucks to get our items ourselves from the tow yard in October.

SCAM ALERT!!!! FRAUD ALERT!!!! No matter how they try to reply to this review know that I have tried my best to just get a single true answer about time, location, care of my belongings…..No communication. Moving coast to coast. I had to load half of my stuff myself up to the truck. They came early to grab our stuff on October 6 when we were planning to move October 16th. Saying this would allow for delivery the same day we were to arrive at our new house. They told us our delivery would be on or just after October 22nd. Writing this November 24th and they have been lying to me the whole time. Jacked up prices after showing up to grab my stuff. Tracker shows my stuff still on the wrong coast and in fine print they say they have 30 BUSINESS days after first available date of delivery. Like talking to their sales guys to get a plan set was just a waste of breath. They do not care about you, your time, your belongings. They even managed to break my furniture loading it into the truck. I can only hope I haven’t given them money for nothing.
