Reputable Moving & Storage

Moving is one of the most painful experiences one can go through but these guys were the tops. they came to my house on time prepared with 6 men and all the supplies needed to pack up my whole house. boxes, tape, cushion paper for glass products etc.
my move was to a building in Manhattan which has a policy that you cannot use the freight elevator after 5 pm. we got to the building a little late because of traffic in the city. we had 1.5 hours to move all the stuff to my new apartment and they hustled every load up and out of the truck and into my apartment and we made it out of the elevators on time. I even helped myself a little.

I have moved before with other movers but I will never use any other company again!

I have never moved than 4 blocks away from the neighborhood I was born ever in my whole life. If you asked me, I was going to die in my tree lined New Jersey suburban neighborhood. Then I found out I had a family emergency, and I had to make the life-altering decision to pack up everything I knew, and move to long distance cross-country to South Oklahoma. I was like this will be a nightmare I mean honestly I spent nights awake thinking this will be a horror show. Then I go to my job, and I hear people tell me moving company horror stories. I like needed a prescription of valium before I started checking on movers.
Reputable Moving had moved a work colleague and still I was skeptical so I came here to good ole yelp. I read the reviews, and I was like you know what I think I may need to just let these guys come and give me a free visual estimate. I reached out to them and from the moment I did – I was amazed if I had a question, they answered me right away. Any concern they had an antidote or something to compare it to so I would feel more at ease. When I met Eli, I was immediately taken back by how honest and upfront he was about the whole process. I never felt he was going to up the price he gave me. I believe in his sincerity moment I first met him.
Day of the move, Eli and the Reputable Moving team moment they came – everything was a well-oiled machine that honestly it was a pleasure to watch them work. To know that they cared so much about my belongings, and were so careful protecting and packing them. It made me feel good knowing that I was entrusting my life and all my possessions to a company that went out of their way to let me know that I as the customer was going to be treated like gold. They were stellar from beginning of the move until the end. That price that I was quoted, it stayed that price no crazy fees no hidden anything, I paid what I was quoted. They left my home that I moved out spotless I mean honestly these guys cleaned up after themselves. I was like what moving company does this, but they do.
My belongings almost arrived in Oklahoma before I did I kid you not. I just made it there the day before. I was settled in my new life and my new home in what felt like no time at all. I just will be forever grateful to Eli and the Reputable Moving team for helping me to make such a big transition in my life. I recommend them all the time to everyone I know back home.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2500

I was quite pleased with the service I received from this moving company. The moving experience was so overwhelming that I didn't know which direction to turn at first!! I called several places for quotes and a friend recommended this company. Their BBB rating made them stand out from the rest, in my opinion. They are an A- according to BBB, but I give them an A. They were very professional, courteous and prompt. The owners came by my home to give me an actual price, not an estimate based on what I told them over the phone!! I would say have your mover come to your house and see what you have so that everyone is on the same page and you have no surprises moving day when what you told them doesn't match up and there are additional expenses. After all, as a customer, you are not a mover! They know the business in a way we dont. Also, their price was lower than the quotes I received over the phone. On move day, they arrived a little earlier than expected but I like that in a company. I would prefer that than to have them late! All of the workers were professional, not just the boss! These men worked from the time they got there until the time the truck pulled off! They must have eaten their lunch on the way because they pulled up right behind my car. Everything was professionally handled, disassembled and re-assembled. There were no marks on the walls, and most importantly, not ONE THING broken!! My hats off to this moving company. I will recommend them HIGHLY and call them when I am ready to move into my own house!

These guys the Reputable Team I cannot find enough adjectives for the praise they deserve for the excellent move they just performed for me. It was a local move NY to NY – Eli and the guys – they are a well-oiled machine. They have a system and it is with precision, efficiency and accuracy that they approach and do each move that they do. I have family that has moved also with Reputable Moving so I know how great the guys are. They are top of the line in my book, my move was no stress, no craziness that accompanies moving.



Also, since the guys also clean up completely after each move, it was no mess. Best of all, my pocketbook did not take a hit. Eli quoted me a price, and he stuck by it same way as I known he has done in the past.

These men they care and take pride in their work. They put the customer first and foremost each day. They are the guys that you should trust with all of your moving needs. I know I always will.

To be honest, when Reputable moving told me my local move to Manhattan would be by the hour, I had horrible visions of being gouged for money that I could not afford being on a very strict. Imagine my glee when day of the move a team of professional, polite and efficient Reputable moving arrived .
The guys are beyond amazing.
I was told it could be a 6.5 hour move (you pay by the hour, I was frazzled), but it was complete 4.5 hours. Nothing lost (for the first time ever with a moving company).
My new place has brand new hardwood floors..so I was bit nuts about not scratching them. They showed the utmost care as to not leave a scratch. They may be pricier than other movers, but your stuff and peace of mind are worth it. I would absolutely refer and use them again.

I use Reputable Moving time after time for my office moving needs. Our company needs moving of our files from one location to another every six months or so. For the past 2 ½ years, it has been Eli and the Reputable team that has been the movers to get the job done for us. I am never disappointed, each move is of the highest caliber and the guys are always top of the line and friendly. I am so thankful that there is a company such as Reputable Moving that our business and office can trust. Eli and the guys, there are a class by themselves.

Close to 8 months ago, I began storing my priceless at least to me they are priceless possessions with Reputable Moving until my home we are renovating is finished. It should be done in just another month or so, and my time using Reputable Moving for my storage needs at least for now will end. Before it did, I wanted to make sure I take a moment and write this review expressing my heartfelt gratitude.
oI was terrified having to put my furniture in a storage I had heard different stories of have damages occur and everything. Before I chose Eli and the Reputable guys, when he came for his visual estimate, I was honest I expressed my concern. To my amazement, Eli understood and he gave me his word that he would treat my furniture and possessions as well as he would treat his own families. He stated his team would do the same, and I needed to please place my trust in them. To let them do all the heavy lifting, stress and worry that I was doing, and relax about this part of my moving process. Let him and the guys handle it. After thinking about it, I had never had a mover say that to me before, I took him at his word. I choose Reputable Moving, and to say day of my move, I realized Eli was 1 million percent telling the truth about him and his team. The men were professional, they were so careful with everything and they stayed friendly and smiling the whole move.
My whole 8 months that I have been in storage if I call the office or I call Eli and I tell them I do not need the whole move, but can you please look and get this chest of drawers and deliver it or I had to ask for just my washer and dryer to be delivered. The guys have been scheduled and the delivery is there within a day or two. They have been gems the whole office, Eli and the moving team this whole transaction for me, and I am so eternally in debt of thanks to them.
Now as my time dealing with Reputable for now is coming to a close, I will be using them if I have any needs in the future, and trust me I recommend them to everyone I know. I truly want to say bottom of my heart, Eli thank you to yourself and the whole Reputable Moving team for a superb job and a wonderful experience. No one I know of uses these adjectives about movers, but I can now use them for life. I am so thankful that I listened to you that day you came for your visual estimate, and I am more thankful that you and your team are men of your word. You took the worry and stress out of my whole storage experience I have not had a blip of trouble the whole way true. Please keep up the amazing work and great customer service that you guys do day in and day out. We as your customers appreciate you more than words can ever express.
