We hired Red Carpet Movers on two occasions. The first was to "de-clutter" our house to get it ready to move. Sal was extremely responsive in scheduling and meeting our needs. We already had most things packed and these guys hustled and worked really well together. They were safe and took great care of our things - not a single item was broken. They were also very patient with me when I needed things loaded into the storage unit in a particular manner so I could map out where everything was going so we could retrieve it later without a lot of hassle. Mind you we were filling to the brim a 30ftX10ftX10ft unit. Because of our satisfaction with the first move, we hired them again 6 weeks later to move us to our new house. This time we also hired them to do a lot of our packing. We could have had used an extra person for packing and not enough time was allotted, but the crew finished the job the next day and got everything moved that day as well. They worked very hard for from 7am to 8pm. Again, great care was taken with our possessions and not a single thing broke. For future customers, make sure you feed and tip your movers well! It's a hard and I'm sure thankless job some days.

Red Carpet is very professional. The price was reasonable. The process was smooth from Stephen in marketing, to Jay at dispatch, to the on time arrival of Cortez and Calis for pick up, carefully packing and securing my valuable furniture and appliances and the delivery guys, Jerry and Sergio, the following day. They made sure the floor was protected as they unloaded and that the boxes were stacked to a manageable height and weight for me deal with as I unpack. That meant a lot. They were all decent and very respectful. The 3% discount for cash payment was a pleasant surprise. I would strongly recommend Red Carpet.

They were absolutely great! They were able to manage to schedule me in last minute. They showed up early from the time they said they would show up and handle everything very well. The previous storage company I was using had gone bankrupt and I needed to move my items at a specific time and date. The California Public Utilities Commission recommended that we get someone that is licensed and also check the Better Business Bureau for reviews, and that's how I selected Red Carpet Moving and Storage, Inc. I was very delighted that I selected them.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $420

We moved an entire artist studio, office and art storage from San Francisco to Los Angeles. This required a knowledge of packing and transporting fine art. Sal, Jay and everyone involved with Red Carpet assured me they were familiar with art transport and they were!! I sent jpegs of the inventory of the studio, office and storage so they had a clear understanding of what was involved which they were appreciative of. The movers who packed us up in Sf were the same crew who unloaded us in LA the next day. The price quoted was the final price paid. They are completely reasonable in price and worth EVERY penny. (Unlike experiences with other movers, hey did not hold our last stuff hostage for a tip, nor did they ask or hint at one. That simple professional attitude earned them a well deserved tip anyway!) PLUS, they were the only company who could deliver the next day, because they were not combining loads with the inherent on /offloading that entails. Not one piece was damaged, dented, scratched or broken. Great company to do business with and will only use Red Carpet in the future if we ever need movers.

Had a stress-free experience with Red Carpet Movers. They kept in contact with me prior to the moving date, so I didn't have to worry about any delays or last minute surprises. The two men they sent were amazing: fast, efficient, and well-skilled in what they do. I liked the fact that when I asked at the last minute if I could add on 2 bikes + a file cabinet they replied;" of course, our truck is huge".
I don't move very often, but this company met and exceeded my expectations.

From the beginning of planning the move, working through the details with Sal, to the actual moving day with Chris and his team, Red Carpet made the stresses of moving a rather enjoyable and cost effective experience. On moving day, Chris and his team made a move from Walnut Creek to Santa Cruz (6.5 hours total - travel and labor) very smooth and easy! They were very prompt, efficient, thorough and professional the whole way through. I would recommend their services to anyone.. couldn't have done it without their expertise and skill to ensure everything was moved out and moved in safely, fully protected and well placed.
