WARNING. DON'T HIRE THEM
At first, the team at Raffles are very professional, helpful and respond to queries very timely. However, as soon as you pay them for their services (before your move mind you) everything changes. They will not return emails or phone calls and even when you identify things they have informed you about incorrectly in print in their email they still ignore you. They damaged some of our goods which is not great but it happens. But how they handle it afterward is extremely unprofessional and they will screw you over without thinking about it twice. They don't know how their insurance policies work. I wish we thought to check reviews before hiring them.

Save yourself a lot of pain and lost money by not hiring this terrible company and trusting them with your valued possessions.

This company is extremely unproffessional.

We had a nice guy Richard come out to inspect our belongiongs on 3 occassions to quote and guaranteed he had made extra allowance and at a fixed price of $6000. They turned up a day later then what was the agreed packing day. We agreed that we would be happy to share a container as long as everything arrived in Sydney in 2 months time when we would relocate. On the day of the removal our belongings fitted in a 20ft truck although the quote was for more. Once unpacked at the depot and a month later I was called and said we had more furinture then what they had quoated and would not send unless I paid approx SG $2700 more. They eventually sent after sitting in Singapore after 2.5 months. The refuse to release our furniture without payment. I then spoke to the company in Australia who is holding our furniture and was told nothing was crated as agreed, TV, marble table etc etc! They also did not pass on my details to the Australian company and claimed I had changed my email address. We have been held to ransom, I will be taking legal action!
