This so called company is a complete JOKE and I know for a fact the rest of these comments on here and there so called "5-star reviews" are completely made up by the company! PLEASE read if you are trying to use them on your next move. Let me write a REAL review and if I could've given them ZERO stars I would've! Also check out YELP for another REAL review. They aren't even an actual moving company; they simply get you in the door telling you lies from the very beginning...cheaper price just to book you and then tell you more lies that our belongings would be delivered to our destination within 4 days, but KNOWING ALL ALONG they wouldn't be able to live up to their standards by any means!  The movers arrived and give you all this paperwork to initial and sign and then AFTER they got everything loaded on the truck, one of the movers called us to say that our things took up double the space allowed and we now have to pay double than what we were told before they would drive off with our belongings, at this point we already had stuff lined up at our new place or I wish I would've said to unpack everything at the moment to save us the time, money, hassle and long waited delivery that would end up being damaged and MISSING SEVERAL LUXURY ITEMS!!!!  This company and whoever they hired defentinalty didn't handle anything with care and was picking through all our belongings to see what they wanted to steal from us!!! Here we thought the same movers that loaded our belongings were going to be the same people that delivered our items on that very same truck within 4 days...WRONG, they apparently brought our stuff to a warehouse that sat for weeks and then said it was sent to another warehouse in another state...mind you our things are being loaded and unloaded several times all while calling weekly to get answers as to where our belongings truly were and when would they be delivered to us! At this point we thought we had been scammed and all our stuff was all stolen! Every time we called, they wouldn't answer, or would place you on hold or simply hang up, not professional by any means! No one could keep their word, every time our stuff was being "loaded on the truck and it should arrive in 1-4 days"! This company couldn't find any drivers to move our belongings to the actual location that they promised it would be here week after week! I know they just got another DBA to their business a couple months ago, probably because they recd so many bad 1 Star reviews of the actual truth of how they scam people into believing their false information from the very first call! The call centers are rude, not professional or caring whatsoever!  Long story short, our stuff was FINALLY delivered this afternoon, what turned into being delivered on Aug 4 turned into Aug 24! If we would've known all this from the very beginning MEGA MAN MOVING you would've NEVER, I repeat NEVER used!!! I hope whoever went through all our belongings and stole from us can sleep peacefully at night! Please do your research if this is your first time hiring a moving company and especially LONG DISTANCE as I know we will be doing everything on our own moving forward again! Lesson definitely learned the hard way...never again - What a waste of TIME & MONEY!!! 

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $3500

We moved about 3 weeks ago and interstate and relocation movers made it all very smooth. They were very friendly and professional. They didn't waste time and moved quickly without sacrificing quality. They made sure all of our stuff was safe and secure. When we arrived, they did a great job of unloading and dropping it off at our new apt. One of them even helped us make our bed which was super helpful! Even though our place is only 800 sq feet, we had 3 movers which I definitely recommend. Would happily use them again!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2546

Do not do business with this company. They are extremely deceptive. They will quote you a bit lower then everyone else. Then send you a BOL for twice the amount but you won’t notice it because they say oh just sign it it doesn’t mean anything. They will ask you a week later for pictures to insure they have space. Come back and tell you it’s now double the cubic feet. Justifying this with the pictures you sent but they had already doubled it sight unseen! Then lead you to believe that they will need to confirm with the driver if there’s room or not for this load. When they already allocated that amount of space. All in the name of their quality assurance.

They all work for Mega Man Movers but act like they have nothing to do with the estimating department.

From the get go it was one lie after another. Will pick up and not bring to a warehouse. Load will not be touched until it’s at the destination. Not true. 5 day delivery. Not true. I don’t think there was anything they said that was true.

If you decide to go with them after all this, at least take the time to file a complaint with DOT for deceptive business practices.

I’ve moved long distance 3 times in the past 2 years and Mega Man Moving was the only company that did a good job. The other 2 companies were nightmare experiences. Mega Man Moving was not the cheapest nor the most expensive company I talked to, but their estimate turned out to be spot on. I worked with Gabe on the estimate, he was highly professional and super helpful throughout the whole process. Hopefully I won’t be moving again anytime soon, but if I do, I know what company I will be using.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2800

I highly recommend AMB moving and Storage for all of your moving needs. I originally hired another moving company to move my 3 bedroom home out of state. The moving company that I originally hired truck broke down in another state, while en-route to my home and they had no other trucks available. I was desperate because I had sold the home I was moving out of and we had to be out within 12 hours for the new owners.

AMB was contacted and Robert, the manager, took over from there. He diverted one of his trucks from out of state to come and move us. His truck made it to our home within 5 hours of our settlement. The movers were very professional, they wrapped just about every piece of furniture in blankets and handled our fragile items with great care. The driver, Carl, was exceptional. He kept us informed every step of the way. Robert called me several times throughout the day just to make sure everything was going to my satisfaction and to ensure that we were being well taken care of. Robert and Carl and their helpers really saved the day for us. The price for the move was very reasonable. This was my first experience using a moving company and AMB Moving and Storage made that experience a very happy one. If you need any type of move, I would highly recommend AMB moving and Storage.

I have to give credit where credit is due, and everyone at Mega Man Moving and AMB Moving & Storage have been absolutely amazing. I moved from North Carolina to Philadelphia and wasn't looking to spend a fortune and give up my first born. Angelina from Mega Man was so helpful in getting every discount possible. Kristina from Mega Man was helpful in making sure all of my things were appropriately accounted for. But the main stars of the show, are Robert and Walter from AMB Moving; these men are beyond fantastic. Robert made sure to be extra communicative and call me two days prior to the move and again morning of. They were prompt and extremely friendly. I was nervous as I've never had professional movers before, but emphasis on professional here. Total these men have decades of moving in their back pockets and they took as much care with my belongings as they would their own. Everything was wrapped and taped and properly inventoried so nothing was lost. When they got everything to Philadelphia, they had enough experience with everything to know the tips and tricks of getting my massive couch into the townhome. Again, professionals! They communicated extremely well throughout the entire process, by phone and in-person, which put my anxious mind at ease. They staged my entire house in Philadelphia too so all I needed to do was unpack the boxes. Robert and Walter are my moving heroes and I'm so blessed that they were the men on the job. Do not hesitate to call AMB Moving and Mega Man for your next move!

In first step the sales lady stayed on the phone and didnt let me go until I signed the deposit.

The second step. The quality Assurance Mng. Was patient for my figuaring out cf and piece count. But her phone was wabbling and missing some words in conversation all the time. Another lines were ok.

Amb was fantastic.

They know what they do. Everything was done professionally. So smooth.

One point. I got charged extra for 2nd floor in condo. No elevator.

I thought I mentioned when I signed deposit payment upfront.
