This group really took advantage of my elderly parents. The bill doubled overnight (started at 11k ended up at 20k) they delivered over 2 months late, they were extremely rude on the phone. They didnt bring all the furniture in the house leaving my older disabled father to do the work. Thanksgiving and Christmas was a family scramble as they believed they would deliver ontime. A few items were in disrepair and the plants were destroyed after 2 months in whatever storage area they sat. They came referred from a respected company my parents trust so they did not do the research to see the scamers they are. That same respected company will no longer be referring these scammers. Do your research, Read all the 1 star ratings, BBB and that is truly the company they are. They are being reported to all agencies involved with this business.

We have paid over 23,000 dollars to Global Moving LLC for the service of packing our home and delivery to our new home in South Carolina, of the three trucks used only two have delivered furniture, the furniture delivered was broken scratched and was only partial like a bad but no mattress, chairs but no table. We received text messages saying it would be delivered the next day but no one showed up when we called they said it was in route and the driver will call within 10 minutes but no one called. They have stopped taking our calls so we have to call from phones with numbers they haven’t seen just to have someone talk with us, but it’s the same story each time that they will check delivery and get back to us but never do

I move once every two years or so. I used Global Moving in 2019, and had an excellent experience. I decided to use them again for my move this year (2022) and have had nothing but problems. They did not pickup my belongings when they said, they did not deliver when they said, I talked to customer service and they said they would get back to me after investigating (they did not), and when my belongings were delivered it was only a partial delivery. I still am missing 20% of my belongings, and that 20% is the equipment I need for my job. I have lost work, my kids have missed school, and I struggle to get answers to any of my questions (especially the one about when will the rest of my belongings will arrive). I can't even get them to refund the additional fees they charged me for to help compensate me for lost wages.

I will never use this company again. I think the first time I went with them it might have been a fluke.

Derick was the team leader for my move, and they arrived early at my apartment complex. They used the stairs with all of my belongings, and they did not damage a single item!! They loaded the truck in less than 90 minutes, got to FL maybe 15 minutes after I did, and unloaded in about an hour. I was seriously impressed, and I would recommend this company to anyone moving! I loved that they emailed you the day before the move with a photo of your team leader, information regarding the move, and contact info if you have questions.

The movers arrived at 11.45 am. The crew led by Jason arrived and wanted us to instruct them. They were swift and coordinated, and the whole process did not take long. They started packing and wrapping carefully. Our stuff was being loaded into the trucks with utmost care to avoid breaking anything. You should have seen how they were organized. They took responsibility and clearly carried it out till the end without any hiccups. Finally, they completed my move within 1.30pm. The pricing was exactly the same as promised, and it was something I am pleased about. Outstanding experience with the two gentlemen. Really appreciate the fantastic job!
