We have been requested by this company to write some review about the services rendered to us. We have used them for our personal goods from Chennai to THAILAND in this year via Mumbai sea ports. We got them in good shape and price reasonable. Therefore we recommend this company to others who seek Intl. relocation services.

Emerald recommended

Our family shipped personal belongings from Bangalore to Detroit through Emerald Relocations ( Chennai based company) . Few items added from our Cochin house as well. They sent team to Cochin and packed few furniture, moved them to Bangalore and shipped all items in one shot to the US house. Systematic approach and their team member CHITRA was very helpful with documentation. Items arrived safely. Recommended.

Worst Experience - please don't use them!

They are the worst company, I would not even turst them with my rubbish!

I moved from UK and my UK company partnered with them to handle situation in India. They have been rude, uncommunicative (just don't pick up the calls) and have never ever answered a single question from me properly in a professional manner. They charged me 11,000 rs for mysterious 'holding charges' and 'customs' (eventhough I have imported used toys and books of my child) and never gave me a reciept for it despite asking for a million times. They claimed that out of my shipment they did not recieve a box, but they did not inform me about it until after the shipment was delivered. They made their delivery guy lie to me that the box has been located and it's at chennai port so they will courier it to me. I even have a recording of the guy admitting to lieing so that I will sign the papers! They have been utterly unprofessional.

Shipping personal effects.

I used Emerald shipping chennai based company from London to Bengaluru recently and found to be professional without any expected issues like delay/tension/damages. I would recommend them for anyone who want to avail shipping personal goods services internationally. Good luck EMERALD TEAM, especially Mr. MANOJ KUMAR. My family was so happy and we are settlled in Bengaluru now.

My Experience with Emerald.

First off I want to say thanks to Manoj & Chitra. What is the minimum standard expectation to have from a company that ships your stuff across the world? If the expectation is just shipping door to door then I must say Emerald shipping did even more, the whole process taken care of whole heartedly as if it was their own items. The packing members took great care and all my stuff reached Sydney without hassle. As far as iam concerned, I would recommend Emerald Relocations team for any of your overseas household goods transfer.

Shipment review.

I wouldn't recommend this agency as we had terrible experience. We shipped from England to Bangalore. Sales person was very well engaging and informative before sign the contract. After paying money there is no response. And with-out any notice or explanation they have delayed 3 months. They wouldn't even responded to phone. Contact person (Manoj) blocked our number after he got the payment. Completely unprofessional team.

Could have get better attention after sales. Shipment collection and delivery was good. In-between there was no/less communication which could have handle in a better way.

Pros,
On-time shipment collection
Delivery handled well after shipment reach India

Cons:
Shipment delay for 3 months in shared container
No proper communication after sales.

Resonable price & damage less delivery.

Our family moved recently from Bangalore (Bengaluru) to Warsaw in Poland. We have selected Emerald Shipping company reluctantly due to cost factor that they were the cheapest. Good Service from Emerald Relocations.

I have engaged Emerald Relocation company for shifting our personal house things from Chennai to Brisbane in Australia. After I received few rates from various relocation companies I found Emerald Relocations is competitive though not cheapest. I have entrusted shipping process to them and thanks to them they have done the job successfully till my door in Australia. All items delivered in good condition.
