Great Experience with Coach USA Moving

I was a little apprehensive about moving to a new place accorss the country, but Coach USA put my mind at ease. The whole process was a breeze! Their team was friendly and professional, and their packing and moving services were top-notch. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail and their commitment to making sure everything was in its rightful place. I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience.

Long-distance move from Westminster, CO to Palmetto, GA

Save your money and your belongings and don’t hire this company!!

Very unprofessional company ( if you can even call them a company). Took them a month to bring our stuff and it was mostly damaged. Boxes crushed. Furniture ruined. No answers from customer service. Terrible experience.

We are sorry your shipment arrived later than you had anticipated. The estimate you signed with your broker shows an estimated delivery window. We reviewed your delivery paperwork. Although it shows that all items picked up were delivered in the same condition they tendered to us (signed by you), we investigated the "mostly damaged," "boxes crushed", and "furniture ruined" you asserted in your review. The driver who delivered your goods informed us that while he was unloading your goods, he had noticed liquid leaking from one of your boxes. Please see the estimate signed with broker that states "...customer agrees and is not permitted to move and we will not accept, transport, or store and have no liability whatsoever for firearms, jewelry, cash, bank notes, any financial instruments, hazardous materials, pets, liquids or perishable items". The delivery driver also stated that no furniture was visibly damaged or brought to his attention to be damaged at delivery. Since there weren't any exceptions at the time of delivery, we are unable to validate this complaint. We also reviewed our phone records and emails from this customer and have not found any since delivery. Therefore, we are not able to validate customer's complaint: "No answers from customer service." ..read more

I used a moving broker to coordinate my move and they sent Coach USA Moving. They were incredibly professional, extremely efficient, and made sure that my belongings arrived in perfect condition. Their movers worked quickly and carefully, and the entire process went much smoother than I had anticipated. Long-distance move from Florida to Ohio

Avoid...bait and switch

Avoid this company..a giant "bait and switch. Having moved a few times before I was aware of not using a broker and be very careful. I went to Coach based on a friend's recommendation. The sales rep was very helpful but basically everything I was told was inaccurate. I was promsied Coach Trucks with the name on it--to prove they didnt broker. That did not happen. Now I discover that yet another company I have never heard of is actually bringing my stuff from Florida to Ohio. Also the estimate after a zoom walk through was grossly inaccurate and was charged nearly 40% more than estimate. Finally they are impossible to reach and have a real conversation. Avoid this company...the only good thing is that the crew that loaded were excellent and very nice men.

They always responded right away.

These guys did an amazing job. The team was very helpful, patient and they always responded right away. On the day of the move, they were very fast, smart and creative in the ways they decided how to get certain oddly shaped pieces of furniture out of the door and into my new place. None of my items were damaged and they were done in less than 3 hours. I would highly recommend them.
