WORST experience I've ever had with any company - their customer service philosophy is practically non-existent. They told me so many different things for a selling sake and none of it was true when it came to the real service.

Nothing happened as it was supposed to:

- scheduling a pick up time

- receiving my things "within 7-10 days" (got it after more than two weeks)

- every person I spoke to either withheld info from me or yelled at me

The 2 biggest thing I am upset about is 1. I had requested my personal data as a customer and for it to be deleted (and according to CA law, this is a right that I have) but I was instead told that I am not allowed to have access to my own information and that I was a waste of their time.

And 2. When they finally arrived, I had a few of my things broken and no one will respond to my inquiries.The amount of mental and emotional stress and anxiety they gave to me is not worth the amount they charged me - DO NOT use them!

I have to share my experience with Alliance Van Lines.. I was very hesitant to use a moving company again. After talking to several companies and gathering several quotes I decided on going with Alliance.. I spoke with a gentleman by the name Larry who was very kind and informative.. Although it wasn’t the cheapest of my quotes nor the highest, I now see it was done accurately. In past moving experience I was up charged at the time of the move, and had a horrible experience with the past movers customer service. Larry added proper fees at the time of the estimate and was very detailed on my inventory compared to my last moving experience.. I’m had one minor issue and was able to reach Larry and he addressed it Immediately. My Items arrived within a very reasonable timeframe. I highly recommend them.. Again thank you Alliance Van Lines and I’ll definitely recommend and if need, use you in the future..

They are con artist! They use brokers please spare yourself the pain and anguish. Watch the news about brokers and movers!! Google it. Do your research!!! Either you’ll be charged a sneak amount and or receive your items damaged or never see them again if you don’t give them their money. They usually charge you like 3x more than they quote. If they have to bring it to you off the truck they charge you for that too. They keep your stuff for almost a month before you even get close to getting it back. It sits in a warehouse waiting for other ppl to fill their truck aka 28 days or more later. DONT USE THEM

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. We ordered a move from NYC to Naples at the end of February 2022. They originally quoted us $3500 and it ended up being $7000 when they arrived and looked at what needed to be moved. It was a bait and switch. I saw them moving my furniture and boxes half hazardly. They were stacking heavy boxes on top of other boxes that said "fragile". And rolling the boxes over and over to get it on to the truck. I was outside where they didn't see me as I watched them treating my boxes like garbage. They only were delicate once I walked up to them. The movers themselves kept peaking over my shoulder during the drop off process as well when I was on my computer and asking me personal questions about what I did for a living. Very inappropriate. And they disassembled an expensive sewing machine without my consent that is worth $5000 and I keep finding little pieces in separate bins. I still can't find all of the pieces, making this sewing machine useless. Also, I have a broken book shelf, secretary desk, large fan, and countless other things I'm still going through. And I am informed that they pay for broken items at 60 cents per pound. That is a useless insurance policy. ALSO, the broker that books with them is equally incompetent and shady. On the phone the broker promised a 3-5 day shipment. After the moving pickup, I come to find out the moving company says it could take 30 days and they never deliver in 3-5 days. So I didn't have my furniture for weeks. And when I called the broker, they said "that promise was on the phone, you can't prove we said that." I could have spent the same amount of money somewhere else with competent movers. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. BEWARE.

Spoke to Deandre at extremely short notice as previous movers from another company didn't show up. He was able to have a truck at our house within 1.5 hours. Our foreman and his colleague were fantastic. Nothing was an issue, we were EXTREMELY happy with their service. If we move again, we will definitely be contacting Alliance Van Lines and requesting him do our work for us. They were super-efficient and very cautious with our belongings. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again, guys.

Edward and his crew were FANTASTIC!!! They arrived on time and were very professional. From beginning to end, they kept uninformed on the process and cleared boxes as they worked. They also had very positive energy and patience with our little ones running around. The guys worked well together. With this being our second relocation and working with moving companies, this crew left a great impression on my husband and me. I would recommend Valentine and his crew in the near future.
